The apartment was completely reconstructed and is in top condition. The house is from 1911 and was the twelfth building built in Vinohrady.

Upon signing the contract, a returnable guarantee (security deposit) amounting to 20,000 Kč shall be
deposited even in the event that the rental period is shorter than one month. If the tenant is a VAT
payer, VAT has to be added to the price.
